Shipping Information

Valid orders are shipped on the same day, if the order is placed before 2pm PST Monday through Friday. Orders received during weekends (Friday night, Saturday, Sunday) will be shipped the following Monday morning. You will be notified immediately of any shipment delay. In very rare cases where an item is out of stock, you will have the option of either waiting until the item is in stock, or receiving a full refund immediately.

ProAudioToys.com offers free shipping and even free OVERNIGHT shipping on many items. These offers will be specified in the product description. A shipping charge is added for other items depending on weight, size, and location. There are no handling charges. All shipping fees will be displayed before you pay. No surprises.

U.S. customers should expect delivery in 2-5 business days via UPS or FedEX Ground shipping, unless another shipping method is specified. Hawaii and Alaska will be sent by USPS Airmail (3-6 day arrival). Items that specify free overnight shipping will be sent by USPS Express Mail. Requests for other shipping methods can be made by e-mailing or calling (additional charges may apply for some shipping methods).

Shipment tracking information will be e-mailed to you one business day after your order is shipped so you can check on it's progress online anytime. If you order during the weekend, you will receive your tracking information on the following Tuesday.

Orders outside of the U.S. ProAudioToys.com is not liable for import taxes or other fees added by foreign customs or mail services. The tax displayed on the order form is added to cover extra shipping costs and varies by country.

Please note that shipments to some countries can only be tracked until they leave the U.S. We provide shipping insurance and an estimated time of arrival, but we have no control over Customs delays.
