If another store has a lower price than you, should I
purchase the item from them? No. Of course not! If
you let us know about the other store's price, we can correct
the problem immediately. Remember, ordering from other stores is
risky and does not benefit us in any way.
How fast are my orders shipped? Orders are shipped
on the same day placed if orders are placed by 2pm PST. Orders placed
after 2pm PST will be shipped within 24 hours. Weekend orders will
ship on Monday.
How will my order be
shipped? ProAudioToys ships primarily FedEx, but can
accommodate any preference from a wide range of carriers including
UPS, USPS and others.
How do I know if an item is in stock? If an item
is out of stock, it will clearly be labeled as "Out of
Stock" on the product description page. We work
hard to keep up-to-date with stock quantities. If you
place an order that is out of stock, you will be notified
immediately of the expected arrival date. You will have the
option to wait until the item arrives or receive a complete refund at
