Delivers professional quality digital audio for mixing and editing, audio resolution up to 24-bit/96kHz. Works with a variety of multi-track recording software on both Mac and Windows platforms.
Connection choices are: Discreet L/R XLR plus ¼? inputs on front panel with input gain adjustment, for guitar (Hi-Z) or microphone (48v phantom power for mic.). Optical/coaxial S/P DIF input-output (extra optical input on front panel for convenience). MIDI input-output. Word clock input-output with front panel selector switch. Six ¼? input and eight ¼?output connections on rear panel. The DA-2496 is compatible with ASIO2.0 (WIN/MAC), MME (WIN) and Sound Manager (MAC).
